Terms of Service

Hi there, I'm Keke from Studio Mao Mao! (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡My works are mostly pastel & JRPG inspired chibis, illustration and fanarts. I strive for improvement, to learn a lot, and to give my best in what I produce.In the near future, I'd hope to make more contents such as animated chibis, merchs and assets.Thank you so much for visitting & your kind supports. General Rules

By commissioning us, you're agreeing to our Terms of Service. Please read thoroughly :)All commission works are drawn on minimum canvas size 2000px, 300dpi.

Time Frame

Usually it would take 1-4 weeks for each commission. There will be update for every sketch, lineart & base, and the final process.Please note that it would take longer time to finish your commission based on these factors:
• Detailed Outfits and Accessories
• Detailed Background (BG)
• Complex & additional revisions
• Your queue

Slot Booking, Payment Method and Refunds

1. Commission slots are opened periodically. It can be booked through forms, email or twitter DM.
2. Payment is paid in full after receiving sketch.
3. All prices are in USD, payment is paid through paypal or Vgen
4. No refund/PayPal chargeback after the work is delivered.
5. Partial refund is available if we take more than 3 months after the invoice is paid to finish the requested commission.
6. If the commission is not paid after we deliver the sketch, the commissioned piece will be set on low priority. If there's no payment after two weeks, the slot will be cancelled.
7. Re-booking a slot will put your request at the end of the queue, so please consider carefully (especially for commercial and urgent commission).

Copyright Claims & Permissions

1.
We retain certain ownership right of the artwork, which includes credits and publication right in using finished commissions in our portfolio sites.2.
Our commissions are intended for personal use. You can use it for profile picture, wallpaper, print or use it as a gift as long as it is not for commercial use*.

Commercial Use License

1.
Commercial use refers to the reproduction of artwork for profit.2.
Commercial license includes the rights to expand or promote a brand, to distribute on all platforms, publication and merchmaking - with proper credits to @studiomaomao.3.
The file size for commercial commission can be adjusted per request, with minimum 3000px, 350dpi.For other options like price negotiation or a Non-Disclosure Agreement for commercial projects, feel free to contact us through email [email protected].We'd be happy to help ( ´ ▿ ` )
